It is annoying her dialog never changes when asking her and she doesn't just volunteer the information rather than going through it but that doesn't change much. The dialog budget for all other outposts outside of introduction and Architect quest are all ZERO. The Medic, Quartermaster, and Bradley are main characters that do this. The characters there will reference things if something has changed, or may have an auto-dialog line that is a single-line quip about something that happened. First off, EOS is the only outpost to have changing dialog. While it is true some dialog changes, it is also obvious when this happens. So the whole "dialog hidden under grey" thing is a misnomer. I wish there was some mark for these people with new comments though because I don't always remember where they all are. Hainly even asks you to get someone out of cryo which you can do but it isn't marked as a mission at all. Bradley says new stuff sometimes, but also Hainly, the medic, and the blonde engineer guy. Tann, Kandros, Addison, the other Pathfinders, Kesh all occasionally get something new. Evfra, Paaran Shie, and the Moshae all have several. You just have to start a convo with them. There are also extra convos you can have with other NPCs that aren't marked at all, although they aren't necessarily greyed out options. He also has a different comment about the Tempest after Hunting the Archon, and maybe other times. Gil's poker talk and asking him about Jill changes. Lexi's dialogue about how the crew is doing changes. Drack has several war stories that also lead to learning about his mother and being set on fire. Kallo has multiple stories about the Tempest and gossip about the crew. I think asking Vetra about Sid changes after her loyalty mission but that's the only one I know of for her. Liam has some changes if you ask him about how you're doing as pathfinder, Cora's asari stories, Peebee gets new stuff for Kalinda, her current project, and asking her about the crew.
